If you are passionate about Italian cooking, or you are professional chef and you want to improve your Italian while learning about regional food, we have created a course that will covers everything.
Each week we will look at one Italian region and two typical dishes and we w ill teach all the language related to the cooking and about preparing the dish
For these lessons you are required to have a basic knownledge of the Language, ideally to level A2
Week one Lombardia mariconda & risotto alla milanese
Week two Emilia Romagna Gnocchi di zucca & Piadina
Week three Le Marche Coniglio in porchetta & olive all'ascolana
Week four Sardegna calamari ripieni & torta formaggio
Week five Toscana Frittele di Castagne & fagioli all'uccelletto
The course costs £ 150 for 5 lessons of 90 minutes
every Friday at 6 pm at our classroom in Farringdon
