Market visit and the ingredients for the day
Pasta and sauce making class
Gourmet lunch with a generous starter:
our hand made breads (tigelle)
served with Italian ham, salami and cheeses.
Our hand made egg pasta
Dessert, coffee, digestive
Half a bottle per person of Italian fine wine
served in our wine tasting crystal glasses.
We are flexible, with advance notice we can organise cookery lessons for you everyday of the week.
